blogging just to blog

I don't know what to blog about anymore without sounding completely mundane.

life is good. everything is good.
except someone stole my Zune from my car. sad, sad. I loved that Pinky ;(
and... yeah.

oh yeah and except the fact that there's less than a month left in Seattle. soooo sad. I don't deal well with change, I never have. I adapt fast but there's always that unsettling feeling I get in new situations and it stays with me longer than it really should. I was feeling sad and explained to Jacky how I'll miss the metro #49, 10, 11, 42 and 150. and all the friends I've made, the bus drivers who recognize me, all the regular riders on the bus, running down Pike to make the earliest bus, going to Urban Outfitters and H&M when we get out of our last class early, eating at Dick's and the pizza place nearby, seeing all the little kids playing outside in the daycare area, dangerously getting over 5 lanes to the carpool lane on I-5 when we drive, taking pictures of the license plates next to us because parking is freaking tight and we're afraid for the exterior of our cars, walking down to Convention Place Station rain or shine, and racing to see who makes it there first.

I hope Highline doesn't disappoint me. it's got big shoes to fill.

a week of thrifting

thrift stores (particularly Value Village) are my new favorite place to shop at. I've stopped by there almost every day this week. every single thing I bought was in at least 9/10 condition.

8. 2007 limited & discontinued Valentine's Day red satin Air Force XXV low tops. still superrrr clean. $9.99
